End User License Agreement
The terms under which the Provisionix software is licensed to you.

1. License Grant
Subject to your subscription and to this agreement, ITEVOX SAPI DE CV ("ITEVOX") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Provisionix software for your internal business purposes, within the limits — servers, users, and features — of your subscription tier and of the license issued to you.
2. License Keys and Enforcement
Provisionix is activated by a cryptographically signed license. You may not remove, disable, or circumvent the license enforcement mechanisms, use a license beyond its scope, or continue using the software after the license expires or is revoked.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Redistribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the software, or make it available to third parties, except to affiliates covered by your subscription
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law
- Modify the software or create derivative works from it
- Use the software to build or operate a competing product or service
- Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
4. Ownership
The software is licensed, not sold. ITEVOX and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the software, including all intellectual property rights. No rights are granted other than those expressly stated in this agreement.
5. Third-Party and Open Source Components
The software includes third-party and open source components licensed under their own terms. For those components, their own licenses prevail over this agreement. A list of components is available on request.
6. Updates and Support
Updates and support are provided according to your subscription tier and any separate support agreement. Updates may add, change, or remove functionality.
7. Your Data
The software processes data on infrastructure you control. You are responsible for the lawful use of the systems, accounts, and data you manage with it.
8. Warranty and Liability
The software is provided "as is". The warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability set out in the Terms of Service and in your subscription agreement apply to this license.
9. Term and Termination
This license terminates automatically upon expiration or revocation of your license, termination of your subscription, or material breach of this agreement. Upon termination you must stop using the software and uninstall it. Sections that by their nature should survive — including Restrictions, Ownership, and Warranty and Liability — survive termination.
If you have a signed agreement with ITEVOX covering the software, that agreement prevails over this EULA where the two conflict.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the same law and jurisdiction as the Terms of Service.
